Located in a residence with an unheated communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, in the lively La Parée district, this 3-storey house (sleeps 4) has its own private garden.
Accommodation comprises: main living area (table, chairs, sofa, TV + TV unit), kitchenette (fridge with freezer, 4 hotplates, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher), hallway and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140 + storage) (2 x 90 + storage) and a bathroom with shower and washbasin.
Private garden with table, chairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue, 2 sun loungers.
Washing machine and freezer in storeroom and private parking space.
Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
End-of-stay cleaning package optional (+75€), to be booked with the agency.
A cleaning deposit may be required.
