Remained in one of our semidetached houses of the residence Indigo II.(2009)
ideally located, near the dune and near the center town of Biscarrosse Beach, our residence profits from a collective swimming pool.
Our houses of more than 75 m2 will be able to accommodate you with your family or friends (7 to 10 beds)
You'll be staying at the foot of the dune, with direct pedestrian access to the beach.
Our residence has parking spaces.
The town centre is less than 500 metres away.
The house comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms: a small bedroom on the ground floor with a pull-out bed, two large bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed and one with 3 beds.
There is also a bathroom and a shower room, as well as two toilets (one independent).

we wanted a location near the beach, it was the case. ideal location, just a dune to cross to relax on the big beach. good reception, no surprise with the house that is properly equipped

Well thought-out accommodation for 6 people that fits the description well. It's a pity, however, that the terrace is so small: once the table and chairs are set up and 6 bikes are stored, the whole terrace is occupied. A few other drawbacks The smell of sewage coming out of the toilet is very unpleasant. As soon as the door is left open, the smell pervades the whole house. The CMV goes into the mezzanine closet and makes a lot of noise: it made it difficult for one of my children to sleep. The size of the fridge is... ridiculous... Even for two people it would've just... On the other hand, the situation is TOP just a stone's throw from the beach. Conclusion: (very) good stay despite these few drawbacks
