Although there 's no enough time for all interests I especially enjoy meeting new people. My guests are always the way to reach that goal. As hosts, my husband, a retired prof. of neurosurgery,. and I, have met so many various people and characters for the last seventeen years- the period we are hosting. The two-floor house is surrounded by a flowery garden and situated in a quiet and green part of Novi Vinodolski. It is spacious, comfortable, modern, fully equipped and air-conditioned, supplied with unlimited wireless internet connection, TVs with satellite programs and safety boxes.
On the 1st floor is situated the apartment for 6 persons and on the 2nd floor is the apartment for 4 persons.
The apartment for 6 persons is spacious (110 sq m), comfortable, modern, fully equipped and air-conditioned. It is appropriate for a smaller group, two good-friend families with kids or 3 couples because there are 3 bedrooms (one master and another two could be arranged as needed). Two modern bathrooms give entire bathing comfort. The big terrace, as well as a balcony, offer you great relaxation.
The apartment for 4 persons is spacious (67 sq m), comfortable, modern, fully equipped and air-conditioned. It is appropriate both for a family with kids or 2 couples, because there are 2 bedrooms (one master and another one could be arranged as needed). A modern bathroom gives entire bathing comfort. The terrace, as well as a balcony, offer you great relaxation.
Both apartments have exceptional view of the Kvarner Bay.They are spacious, comfortable, modern, fully equipped and air-conditioned. We supply unlimited wireless internet connection and TV with satellite programs. The kitchens are fully equipped with electric devices (fridge, deep freezer, stove, oven, microwave oven,), small appliances (coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, iron, hair dryer), as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving. The movable BBQ are at disposal for each apartment. Fresh linen and a sufficient number of towels are the standard offer of the apartment. There are two parking lots in the house yard and the safe one in the vicinity.
The house is situated 150 m from the beach, 50 m from a small grocery, 150 m from the first restaurant, 900 m from the historical town center, 1500 m from the ambulance. Swimming pool is 500 m away, diving center 900 m, riding school 3 km, wellness center -Novi Spa Hotels Resort, is 500 m away, gas station 900 m. There is marina for the boats up to 20 tons at 500 m distance. Fishing in the artificial lake, at 4km distance, is possible. You can choose between sandy, rocky, gravel and concrete beaches.
If you prefer active holidays there are possibilities to go biking, mountain climbing, hiking, horse riding, strolling by the sea, sea fishing and fishing in the lake, windsurfing, diving , driving sea jets, parachuting, water skiing , playing beach volley, tennis and swimming. It is possible to choose between sandy, rocky and gravel beaches, and many hidden lagoons ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation. Or you can simply visit local traditional house where you can eat delicious natural seafood and ecologically grown vegetables and meat.
You can use low cost public bus transportation or rent a bike, motorcycle or car to visit countryside or medieval cities with rich history like Rijeka, and beautiful natural park Plitvice. Local boats could take you to the nearby islands of Krk, Rab, Pag, and Cres.
