This is an authentic Mas in Provence stone that extends over a 3000 m2 plot. This house is located in Saint-Remèze: a large listed site in the Gorges de l'Ardèche, 8 km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and in the heart of the nature reserve.
Exceptional place for outdoor leisure and cultural activities: hiking, cycling and mountain biking, caving, tennis, horse riding, kayaking and canoeing, fishing, climbing, festivals and museums, heritage and perched villages.
Close to the major tourist sites of Provence and only 8 km from the Pont d'Arc and 10 MNS from the cave of the Pont d'arc replica of the Chauvet cave listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Stone house (old silkworm nursery) completely renovated in 2013 of 170 m² in the heart of the Gorges de l'Ardèche nature reserve. Large park and unobstructed view.
We imagined "Le gite de Léoli" to live together during the holidays with family or friends, without walking on each other.
