In a quiet, secure residence, on the 1st and top floor with elevator.
It comprises a living room opening onto a terrace with terrace furniture, a sofa bed (140cm), TV, dining area, open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker. Two bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed and the other with twin 90cm beds. Bathroom with shower and bath, separate WC.
Final cleaning included
Linen not supplied, can be rented, e.g. 90cm bed linen and towels pack: €30/week, 140cm bed linen and towels pack for two people: €40/week, 160cm bed linen and towels pack for two people: €45/week. Rates are degressive if several weeks are rented.
