The Appart'Hotel Quimper is a modern hotel residence located in Finistère, Brittany. There are many advantages to this residence: in the heart of Quimper town center, a stone's throw from the Chapeau Rouge convention center, the train station and the fine arts museum, our Appart'Hotel offers 95 fully-equipped luxury apartments for rent. The Appart'Hotel Quimper accommodates 2 to 4 people, and features a kitchen with dishwasher, TV, and unlimited internet access with free WIFI. Our Quimper residence also has a secure, covered parking lot for your convenience.

Description of the region
Don't miss the Pointe du Raz, the village-museum of Locronan or the fish market in the port of Guilvine, which is full of interest and charm. The region is also home to major cultural sites such as the Théâtre de Cornouaille and the Centre d'Art Contemporain.
In the evening, stroll along the flower-filled banks of the 16 km-long Odet and find a crêperie where you can sample Quimper's famous crêpe dentelle. Considered "the most beautiful river in France", the Odet offers a whole range of natural and architectural beauty, with its manor houses and castles of Brittany. Finally, take another stroll from Place au Beurre to Place Terre au Duc, via Rue Kéréon, to discover the illuminated old town. Little gourmets will be delighted to discover Quimper's famous cookie factory, less than 1 km from our Appart'Hôtel, in the Locmaria district.
Quimper is not only a city of art, history and water, it's also a city of gardens, with a total of 310 ha in the whole city: Jardin de la Retraite, Jardin de la Paix, Jardin du Théâtre Max Jacob, Jardin du Prieuré (labelled a remarkable garden), Mont Frugy, Vallon Saint-Laurent.... An incredible choice for nature lovers and quiet strolls.
The Terres de France residence in Quimper offers spacious, comfortable apartments. Secure parking is available (reservation required).
Each 20 m² STUDIO comprises :
