5 minutes walk from the Villeroy beach, the residence offers fully equipped and air-conditioned apartments opening onto a balcony, as well as a fitness area, a sauna/hammam (with participation) and a heated outdoor swimming pool open from April.

Schedules and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay.
Deposit* to be paid on site: 300€.
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or sent back by mail. The accommodation must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness. If not, a lump sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 2,20€/day/person (from 18 years old)
Eco participation to be paid on the spot : 0,20€/day/person (from 18 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula: arrival from 5 pm - Departure before 10 am
Escapade formula: arrival from 4 pm - Departure before 12 am
Important Information
"In view of the exceptional situation we are going through due to the epidemic of COVID-19 and taking into account the latest governmental measures, the Odalys Group is adapting to the sanitary measures recommended by the authorities in order to guarantee the safety and health of all its clients and employees and to reinforce the hygiene measures within its establishments. As such, the availability of some of our services on site is likely to be impacted. Depending on the establishment, services such as breakfast, swimming pool, spa, wellness area, fitness room, children's club, and entertainment may be provided in full, in part only, or not available at all, depending on the evolution of the situation, which we will monitor on a daily basis. We apologize in advance for this but we count on your understanding in the current context. Your safety remains our top priority. These measures apply to all future arrivals and for as long as the public authorities deem necessary in view of the evolution of the situation.
* An extra cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the rate. Please note that all accommodations must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the returned accommodation and requiring a cleaning intervention other than that described in our GTC will be likely to be invoiced through the deposit.

The staff is friendly. the building is well located at the entrance of Sete and close to the beach. The accommodation was clean and well equipped except for the minimal equipment in the kitchen (not really made for those who want to cook) advice for people with reduced mobility and especially those who have difficulty walking there is only one elevator make sure that your accommodation is not too far from it
