Welcome to the Mediterranean coast! Discover Sète and the surrounding area during your stay by renting bicycles directly on site. The residence is ideally located just 5 minutes from the beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. Our plus? A wellness area with hammam/sauna and fully-equipped air-conditioned apartments for a relaxing vacation.

Any failure to maintain the cleanliness of the returned accommodation requiring a cleaning service other than that described in our General Terms and Conditions may be billed to the security deposit..

Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay.
Deposit to be paid on site: €300
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or by post. The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the deposit.
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package (7 nights or more): arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am.
Escapade package (short stay of 1 to 6 nights): arrival from 4pm - Departure before 12am.

The staff is friendly. the building is well located at the entrance of Sete and close to the beach. The accommodation was clean and well equipped except for the minimal equipment in the kitchen (not really made for those who want to cook) advice for people with reduced mobility and especially those who have difficulty walking there is only one elevator make sure that your accommodation is not too far from it
