Villa Lin, is a beautiful well-equipped and modern house, with private pool and sun loungers, terrace equipped with table and chairs, wifi .
You can walk to Riells beach, at a distance of 13min on foot.
The Riells beach is ideal for families with children because of its shallow depth, and where they will find a variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and at night on the activities and party promenade. The house is a few meters from the Natural Park of Las Termes where you can go hiking, walking, cycling through the mountains, until reaching Cala Montgó.
Outside the house we find the seasonal outdoor pool space (6m x 3m and depth 1.50m) outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers.
The entrance with porch and a terrace equipped with table and chairs, which gives access to the interior of the house.

The photos are misleading, the bathroom with toilet included measures 1.20 by 1.20m, very complicated to sit on the toilet. Very little space in the living room. However the outside space is nice, the pool is very good and the terrace. Average stay overall with no reception, you are given the keys at the agency and you manage no inventory of fixtures.
