For shared use: property (fenced), garden with lawn and plants, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 29.Mar. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking at the house on the premises.
