Vacation rental in Sète : Modern air-conditioned villa in the Villeroy district, 200m from the beaches for a dream vacation! This house benefits from a private 4m x 7m swimming pool in the middle of the garden (open in season).
On the ground floor, you'll find a large living/dining room with table and chairs, 2 sofas, TV and wifi access. This space gives you access to the pool via the two bay windows.
A fully-equipped kitchen with American fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave, plus an adjoining laundry room with washing machine. Not forgetting the bathroom with shower and WC.
Upstairs, 4 spacious bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a 140cm bed and a bunk bed for 1 person, plus a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with a 200cm bed, wardrobe and direct access to the upper terrace. Bedroom 3 with 2 twin beds, 2 chests of drawers, closet and access to the upper terrace. Bedroom 4 with 140cm bed, wardrobe and private terrace. Finally, a 2nd shower room with very large Italian shower and double washbasin.
Parking space inside the garden and 2 spaces in front of the gate. No pets allowed.
