Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the district of Panegai 3 km from the centre of Imperia Oneglia, 8.5 km from the centre of Diano Marina, 29.5 km from the centre of San Remo, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 3.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, pool house with fridge, boules, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: WiFi, table tennis, billiard table, table football. 300 m long steep, narrow motor access. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises.
