Located in a residence with communal swimming pool (unheated and open from mid-June to mid-September), in the Parée district, type 3 house with a private garden.
Accommodation comprises: ground floor: main living room (table, chairs, sofa, flat-screen TV), kitchenette (fridge with freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher), hallway and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140 cm + storage) (2 x 90 cm + storage) and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Pets not allowed. Sheets and household linen not provided. Tourist tax not included.
