This former workshop has been fully renovated into a large rental ideal for vacations with your whole tribe. You'll be charmed by the interior space with its huge 75m² living room, the brightness of the rooms, the quality of the materials and the resolutely modern decor combining wood and metal. A chic, understated address on the Landes coast that's a must-see.... Just a stone's throw from Lac de Léon, on a superb park planted with trees and flowers, this former independent workshop converted on the ground floor, with spacious living room/lounge open onto kitchen, storeroom, 5 bedrooms + 1 dormitory (4 beds 140, and 7 beds 90 including 4 bunk beds), 4 shower rooms, 3 wc. Facilities : Washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, TV, freezer, wood-burning stove, electric and central heating (heat pump), shared enclosed grounds. Baby equipment. For your convenience, sheets, towels and household linen are provided, and beds are made up on arrival: a saving of €180. Garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace and pergola, courtyard.
7,000 m² enclosed communal plot with private area. Owner 50 m away. Cleaning option available, payable on site at €100. The maximum capacity of the gîte is 15 people: no extra people will be accepted. IMPERATIVE all invitations of people during the stay, must be the object of request for authorization near the owner - Beyond one animal to consult us, if agreement 30 € per week by additional animal.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
