This former dovecote has been completely renovated and is sure to please. The enchanting setting of its large park planted with trees and flowers, its proximity to the lake and all the village shops, the comfort of the house - everything has been thought of to make your stay unforgettable. With family or friends, it's the ideal place to relax and enjoy your vacations!
You'll be charmed by this detached former pigeon house on the ground and first floors, with living room, corner sofa with chaise longue, kitchenette, shower room, 3 bedrooms including 1 on the first floor (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wood-burning stove (wood not supplied), electric heating, TV, laptop. Linen and towels provided for weekend rentals (2 nights max.). Cleaning option available at extra cost. WIFI. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. 10000 m² enclosed plot shared by owners and 2 gites, with private area, not overlooked. Route du Lac runs alongside the property. IMPERATIVE all invitations of people during the stay, must be the object of request for authorization near the owner Beyond one animal to consult us, if agreement 30 € per week by additional animal. Pets must be kept on a leash on the property.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
Price does not include: Wood is not provided by the owner. You can bring your own or buy some at the local Carrefour Market.
