Charming cottage in Kerbors, a pretty village between Paimpol and Tréguier. Due to the fact that this house is located in a cul-de-sac, peace and privacy are guaranteed. Minimum reception, bedding in poor condition, washing machine and dishwasher leaving something to be desired, some programs no longer work, the dishes remain dirty despite a pre-washing at the tap. 2 unusable sunbaths, one is broken and the other is too fragile to dare to land. 40% of the bulbs are to be replaced.
