In the beautiful Marina di San Gregorio, within an elegant complex a few steps from the bay, there are two new and modern apartments.
Villetta Gregoriana is on the first floor and has a comfortable terrace with a beautiful sea view and well equipped for eating outdoors.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, because, not far away, it has various clubs, pubs, restaurants, tobacconists and markets.
The bay, renowned for its suggestive sunsets, is a pleasant meeting point for tourists. Also in the bay it is possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas even though there is no sand, as the sea is easily accessible having a shallow and mixed seabed of pebbles and sand. In five / ten minutes on foot, you can also reach the beautiful beach of Marina di Felloniche.
