In the beautiful bay of Marina di San Gregorio, in a privileged position facing the sea, there is a nice apartment on the first floor with a splendid view of the sea. The Sunset Bay complex is only 30 meters from the sea and is the ideal solution for those who want to spend their holidays in close contact with the sea and forget about the car.
Luna A is on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment, recently modernized in the furniture, has a comfortable air-conditioned living room with sofa and TV, a small kitchen complete with every utensil. The sleeping area, also elegantly modified in design, consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms: one double and the other with two single beds, which can be joined together if necessary. Finally a bathroom with shower.
The house has several reserved outdoor spaces including a large balcony with sea view and a courtyard with beautiful ornamental plants on the back.
The structure also has an internal car park in the cool, a compartment with washing machine shared with the apartments.
