Quiet and pleasant country house, with 4 complete rooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and one with bath), living room and fully equipped kitchen, Sat-TV in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms, pool of 8 x 4 meters, porch with nice table and chairs and large terrace with umbrellas and hammocks.
It has two floors and from the top floor with sea views. It has free wifi of 16 megabytes.
The house is located on a large estate of 16,000 square meterswith almond and carob trees. The situation is very quiet, ideal for families or couples.
The nearest town is Son Servera, only 2 km away, and 5 km from the beautiful beaches of Cala Millor and Cala Bona. It is also very well located for golf courses and hiking.
On the beach of Cala Millor you will find all kinds of activities and water sports such as snorkeling, scuba diving, pedal boats, fishing, parasailing ... If you prefer sports on the mainland, the house has nearby hiking and mountainbike routes.
You can also enjoy shopping centers, restaurants, small shops, shops just 10 minutes away by car. 15 minutes by car you can visit Arta and its pristine beaches, as well as its beautiful old town and weekly markets of local crafts.
