Less than 10 km from the first beaches of the famous Alassio with its seafront, the famous 'Budello' and its beaches, lies this pretty and well-kept part of a two-family house on two levels. Lovers of outdoor activities can reach Pietra Ligure, which over the years has become the European capital of sports activities. Here you can climb rock faces, go trekking and mountain biking or dive into the crystal clear waters or go snorkeling, kayaking and canoeing to discover caves in splendid cliffs. Just two hours away by car is the beautiful region of Piedmont's Langhe, recognized for its beauty as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can devote pleasant days to gastronomic and wine tourism. Do not miss a visit to Carrù, famous for the historic fair ?bue grasso? in December, or to Alba and nearby Bra, home to the first World University of Food and Wine and a wine bank in the village of Pollenzo.
