A really good option for families up to 8 members, to spend family quality time together, and also for really demanding guests. The spectacular panoramic views speak for themselves. Heatable salty-water pool (pool heating service not included in the price), without chemical additives, gives our guests the possibility of enjoying privacy in this particular quiet area. However, only by driving 8 minutes, you will be in the centre of Maspamolas, with all its attractions (many shops, bars and clubs, fine restaurants, etc.) To help you keep fitthe house features a running belt and an excercise bike.
For the youngest ones, there is a play area with a basketball ring. Livingroom with Bang&Olufsen stereo and Loewe TV only underline the high standards. Kitchen with 2 dishwashers, makes it easier for the ladies to washup after the dinner. You will have no problem to park as it has own private garage for 4 cars.
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The minummum number of rooms open will depend on the number of adults involved in the reservation. For example, 4 people = two rooms, 6 people = 3 bedrooms and so on. Should you wish to use all rooms with a lesser occupancy, please note that the price will be increased.
The minimum number of bedrooms opened will be determined by the base occupancy, in this case, a minimum of 3 bedrooms will be open for an occupancy of 1 to 6, if you want the 4th bedroom open with a lesser occupancy, you will still have to book for the max cappacity which is 7-8 people.

The services included in the price are:
Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 600 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
