Conveniently placed in Padenghe sul Garda, this flexible 3-bedroom holiday home with 2 on-site pools provides a carefree holiday base for enjoyable stays on Lake Garda. To the front, a lovely private garden with covered terrace and comfortable sofa and armchairs provide a warm welcome.
Inside, the lake view retreat offers a delightful ambience for year-round stays. A cosy fireplace accompanies the bright open plan living room, which offers a sitting area with flat screen TV. An adjoining kitchen diner offers access to a private rear garden. There, a covered alfresco dining terrace & BBQ are provided, for carefree entertaining. There are also 2 parking spaces beyond the rear garden, for guest’s use.
The upstairs of a holiday home comprises of spacious master double bedroom with lake view balcony, a spacious 2nd bedroom with large single bed and a 3rd child-friendly bedroom with bunk beds. Two modern fitted shower room suites complete the internal layout of this well-equipped retreat.
Within the communal residence, 2 open-air swimming pools (open 1 June – 1 October / Kindly note wearing a swimming cap is mandatory) and a pair of sun loungers can be enjoyed. From the 2-storey holiday home, guests are 15 minutes’ walk away from the resort amenities and ferry links of Padenghe sul Garda.

The holiday home is centrally located in Padenghe sul Lago, along ‘Via Prais’, placing guests 1-9 minutes’ walk from the bus stop, the authentic restaurants and the Lake Garda ferry stop. Just 7 minutes’ drive away, the resort town of Desenzano del Garda offers a fabulous range of authentic restaurants, cafes and bars, alongside a timeless harbour, popular family beach, an ancient castle and easy train links to Verona, Venice, Milan and Brescia.
From the holiday home, families and thrill seekers are 26-31 minutes’ drive away from Gardaland and the Caneva Aquapark. Sirmione and Verona Villafranca airport are both 32 minutes’ drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 1st of October 2024 A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
