A superb villa, completely private and frontline to the sea on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, within a 15 minutes walk of the town center and with direct access to the sea front.
The typical Ibizincan architecture is combined with Moroccan elements that make it a truly charming property. All bedrooms and living rooms are fully air-conditioned. The extensive outdoor area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large swimming pool with diving board, barbecue, fish pond and several chill-out areas enabling guests to totally relax. There is also a Bali House to escape the midday sun or to have an evening drink from the built-in fridge.
Through the garden gate is the coastal path with steps down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a 5-minute walk along the coast and offer a choice of bars and restaurants.
The villa is also an ideal location for events, weddings, yoga retreats and business meetings or seminars due to the layout and the independent entrances to guest rooms away from the main house.
The large 16m x 5m pool is surrounded by a beautiful terrace that has numerous loungers and parasols. The pretty Bali House is connected to the pool by way of a bridge.
A covered area with table tennis and table football is situated next to the Moroccan pool house.
The gardens, ideal for activities, include palm trees, fruit trees, a large lawn area, colourful flowers and cactus plants. A large Argentinian style BBQ is situated alongside the main terrace.
