For twenty years, Mr. and Mrs. Crochemore have been raising fattened ducks in the traditional way, offering fresh products including quality duck breast, preserved duck confit and blocks of foie gras. They are committed to respecting tradition, and raise their ducks exclusively on whole corn. All products are carefully prepared on the farm to ensure a unique taste, a true treasure of our culinary heritage.
In an exceptional setting, they also offer a comfortable gîte for a relaxing vacation at the heart of La Ferme des Sapins.
