"Casale Ulisse", 4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, dining table and flat screen. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 open double bedroom with 1 double bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning (extra). Garden 600 m2, lawn. Barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The bedroom on the ground floor is situated in a stone building approx 5 meters from the house. The bathroom on the ground floor is accessible only from the veranda. Approx 3 m from the house there is an under cover wood burning oven and barbecue. The first floor is reached also by a outdoor staircase. The veranda of about 40 m with dining table, ping pong in the garden gazebo with swing.
It is part of the property "Tenuta Pietreto". The farmhouse has been recently renovated and it kept unchanged the original architecture. Country house, surrounded by trees and fields. 4 houses in the resort. 1 km from the centre of Roccastrada, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 30 km from the sea, in the countryside.
