without balcony, electric blinds. Comprising a living room with TV, BZ sofa, fitted kitchen with electric hob, microwave, mini-oven and fridge-freezer. The sleeping area has 2 single beds (90cm). The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
South/east-facing, free WIFI, collective parking at the residence subject to availability.
Pets are welcome at an additional cost of 35 euros.
EDF/GDF consumption on statement, optional linen rental on request, as well as end-of-stay cleaning of 50 euros.

Surroundings: Balaruc les Bains, L'Etang de Thau is a seawater lake, very shallow and therefore perfect for family swimming with children. With its exceptional stretch of water, the Etang de Thau is ideal for sailing in all seasons. The Manuréva nautical center offers a wide range of water sports (catamaran, paddle, kayak, optimist, etc.) for children aged 6 and over.
