Apartment 33 m², located on the first floor, in a 3* classified tourist residence. Elevator.
Cosy and comfortable apartment for 5 people (7 maxi), ideal for a family: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 1 single bed, sofa bed in the living room.
KITCHEN fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), apparatus for mountain dishes: raclette & fondue
Bright stay, oriented North/East as well as the large balcony with breathtaking views of the Vallouise valley and the mountain, equipped with terrace furniture (table, chairs and recliners), where you can have your coffee or lunch.
The apartment is fully equipped: flat screen TV, WIFI, Bluetooth/radio/USB speaker, library.
BATHROOM with bathtub, towel dryer.

PRIVATE BOX locked for skis, on the ground floor, in a room directly on the piste.
Exterior parking in front of the Residence. From the end of December to April, possibility of renting an optional indoor pitch subject to space available at the residence reception desk.
Outdoor swimming pool heated in summer and winter during the school holidays of February/March: private and reserved access to the Residence. Services included.
