From the moment you enter, you will be charmed by a spacious living/dining room of 50 m2, opening onto a large south-facing wooden terrace of around 100 m2, offering panoramic views of the golf course. The fully-equipped kitchen has a hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. There is also a WC on this floor.
The villa has three main bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, while the second bedroom, measuring 12.9 m2, faces the golf course and opens onto a terrace. It also has a 160 cm double bed. The first bathroom has a bath and washbasin, and a separate WC. The third bedroom is a master suite comprising a 21.64 m2 bedroom area with a 160 cm double bed, a bathroom with two basins, a large walk-in shower, a WC and a dressing room. From the kitchen, you can access a fourth bedroom in the shape of a 'boat cabin', ideal for a teenager or au pair, with a single bed.
A garage is available to store your bikes and golf bags, with a shower to refresh you on your return from the beach.
