Located in La Tranche sur Mer, within walking distance of town center and beach. Detached house in quiet neighborhood with lovely enclosed garden. Ideal for family vacations. House comprising a living room with fireplace (decorative only) opening onto a first terrace at the front of the house. A fitted kitchen opening onto the second terrace at the rear of the house, a hallway leading to a first bedroom with 1 140cm bed and a second bedroom with 3 90cm beds, a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Equipment: 1 gas stove (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 fridge-freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 iron and ironing board, 1 TV, 1 vacuum cleaner. The washing machine is in the adjoining cellar.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Cleaning upon reservation: fixed price 60€. Linen is not provided. One animal accepted: 25€.
