A warm and welcoming 3 star rated chalet with the charm of the typical Lauze roof chalets.
All the advantages at hand: ski lift ticket office, ski equipment rental, heated indoor pool in the residence.
Ideal to welcome you in winter as well as in summer in order to share vacations with family or friends with peace of mind.
In winter, the Galibier-Thabor ski area offers 150 km of runs, 33 ski lifts and 10 km of cross-country skiing. Free shuttle and ski slopes (epilobes, green slope) at the foot of the chalet, with a very fast access to a lift box (piste de la saussette).
NEW WINTER 2019-2020 : Extension of the ski area with 2 new slopes, which will make Valmeinier the highest resort in the Maurienne Valley.
The snow front with its numerous bars and restaurants ensures a lively but human-sized atmosphere.
The chalet has a surface area of 65 m2 and offers 10 beds divided into 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
The white room, made of solid wood and white furniture, offers a cocooning atmosphere with a 140x190 bed.
On the ground floor, the Beige and Grey rooms will offer you a large bed 160x200 for a maximum comfort.

The large living room offers a lounge area (flat screen TV, DVD player, Hifi Radio CD, card and board games, coffee table, sofa bed) and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (NEW: COOKEO, NESPRESSO coffee machine as well as a traditional filter machine, real oven, dishwasher, microwave, fondue and raclette machine...)

1 shower room on the first floor with WC and hair dryer, and a bathroom with separate WC on the ground floor
The washing machine and dryer are located in the second bathroom.

1 individual parking space in a closed garage within the residence and the possibility of parking in the common outdoor parking lot for free.
The chalet is located about 500 meters from the heart of the resort (cinema, bowling, restaurant, bakery and shops). The access is easy because it is relatively flat. You can reach the heart of the resort in a few minutes while benefiting from the advantages of a 3-star residence (Grand Panorama 2) which offers a heated swimming pool accessible (free of charge) during the high season (from 10am to 7pm, except Saturdays) as well as a sauna (upon reservation) and a brasserie restaurant. The reception also has a relaxation area with a library and billiards.
The rate INCLUDES :
- cleaning fees at the end of your stay and a private concierge service.
In option :
- bed sheets for 10 beds = 80€ (8€/person)
- bath sheets can be provided at the price of 40€ per week for 10 large bath sheets (100x150).
The price does not include :
- The tourist tax of 1,40€ per adult and per night (for example for 6 adults for 7 nights = 1,4 x 6 x 7 = 58,80€)
We ask for a deposit of 70% at the time of booking as well as a deposit (not cashed) of 1500€, balance to be paid one month before arrival.
Rental only from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am, estimate on request

The chalet is very well situated in a quiet location, outside the centre of the resort with a breathtaking view over the valley. The return on skis is possible and it is enough to go down 50m to arrive on the Epilobes slope or to walk about ten minutes to be in the center of the resort. The chalet is very well arranged, perfect for couples of friends. To be recommended without hesitation.
