Large T4 apartment on the top floor of a recent secure building on the heights of Evian. It benefits from a large south facing balcony with a view of the mountains and a beautiful north facing terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the town of Evian.
The large living room easily accommodates 6 people with a large corner sofa, several armchairs and a large American kitchen (oven, wine cellar, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes) including a dining table for 6 people.
This large living room opens onto a beautiful north-facing terrace, offering a magnificent view of Lake Geneva. Garden furniture as well as a table and a deckchair allow you to enjoy the sun all day long.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and built-in storage, including a master suite with bathroom (WC, shower, washbasin). Two of the bedrooms have access to the south facing balcony. Another bathroom and a separate toilet (with washing machine and sink) complete this apartment.
Linen and towels can be hired on request:
