It is a newly built modern apartment with two bedrooms and private parking, a large terrace overlooking the sea on Rethymno beach.'
The energy of this apartment and our location have led us to be decorated with as few items as possible but including all the equipment to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, the first with a large double bed and the second one with two single beds with the possibility to make a large double bed in the case of two couples.
Large wardrobes, air conditioning throughout the house, oil heating for the winter months, solar and electric water heater for 24 hours hot water washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave oven all kinds of appliances such as coffee maker espresso maker, coffee maker filter, flipper machine, toaster, hair dryer, iron, ironing board etc
On the veranda we have two armchairs and a two-seater couch with a table.
The apartment also has its own parking space.

We are at Rethymno beach in the middle. Everything is around, like a supermarket at 200 meters, cafes, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, shops etc

Maria’s place was excellent. She was also very accommodating to our late arrival due to delay flights. Location and specially amenities compared to my second Airbnb in Santorini Beautiful place to come with family. Old city is just a few minutes away, but we all adopted the “lime” ride which was super convenient and of course fun. Maria’s place has all you need, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, panini toaster, and so much more. I highly recommend this place. Clean rooms in a modern facility. Thank you very Maria and we hope to meet again.
