In the South of France, ideally located between the sea and the Cevennes, in Lézan, 8 kms from Anduze, 13 kms from Alès and 35 kms from Nîmes, close to all the shops, in a quiet and calm area, our comfortable gite, 51m2, south facing, fully air-conditioned, with a fiber connection, stretches on a closed and raised ground of 3000m ², with a private parking lot, a garden, an orchard, a court, a playground, a ground of game of bowls, barbecues as well as a swimming pool 4m X 8m closed and made safe.
Located in half floor it includes :
- A large living room, kitchen of 16 m2 equipped with a B.Z with pyrolysis oven, gas (domino), microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, flat screen TV + orange satellite decoder + broadband internet.
- A room with cupboard (12 m2) equipped with a bed in 140cms.
- A room with cupboard KZ (12 m2) equipped with two beds in 90cms.
- A shower room with W.C, washing machine, iron plus table.
- Balcony of 5 M2 covered.
- A bed as well as the necessary baby, high chair, youpala are at the disposal of the families having a young child.
- Sheet rental 10 Euros per pair (optional).
Electric heating, reversible air conditioning. (in addition in winter).
Pets are not allowed.
From the Cevennes to the Camargue, the Gard department invites you to discover its many treasures: Nîmes with its Arena, Uzés and its duchy, the Pont du Gard emblematic site, the extraordinary bamboo grove of Anduze and its small steam train crisscrossing the valley of the Gardon, the various caves an underground enchantment, the various museums where each visitor will find his happiness among the confectioneries (Haribo) and the potteries of Anduze, Aigues-Mortes and its tower of Constance, Avignon the city of the popes....
As for activities, the region offers almost endless possibilities: hiking, swimming in the river, fishing, canoeing, mountain biking, tennis, pétanque, golf, adventure courses, water parks, Camargue races, "fêtes votives" with abrivados, horseback riding....
