Impressive and modern villa for 8 persons with private pool (7x4m) at the coast of Benissa. This newly constructed villa is tasteful furnished and has views to the mountains and to Peñón de Ifach from the roof terrace. It’s situated in the area La Fustera, quiet area and very private. This villa has a large terrace with pool. The living area is aprox. 200 m² arranged on 3 independent floors. Large roof terrace on the upper floor. The plot has aprox. 900 m² is flat, enclosed and has a parking for several cars.
Internal: the villa is very nice, it has a 3 floors: 1. floor: (access without stairs) large living-dining room with sat-tv, comfortable furniture and air conditioner, views to the pool. Large and completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and cookware, access to the living-dining room and the terrace with pool. 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds. 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc and wash basin.
Groundfloor: access by stairs inside with 16 steps, large bedroom with double bed, air conditioner and access to the terrace. 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds, bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 2. floor: (access by stairs from both floors, that means that all floors are connected inside). 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioner, 1 bathroom in suite with shower, wc and washbasin. From this bedroom access to the roof terrace with views to Peñon de Ifach and the surroundings.
External: large terrace, partly covered, lot of space to sunbath in the sun loungers (6) and make a barbecue (gas-barbecue). The pool has 7x4m with built-in stairs and platform of wood surrounding. Only 1,9 km to the beach La Fustera, the supermarket and restaurants. To Levante-Beach and promenade in Calpe 4,5 km, to the town centre Calpe 7 km.
Extras: It’s possible to accommodate one more person with an additional cost. Animals are allowed, additional cost: 40 € per stay.
