This luxurious two-bedroom apartment is part of the beautiful "Playas del Duque" residence, the best located in Puerto Banús and only 100 m from the beach. This very well maintained residence has a sumptuous Mediterranean garden with swimming pool. Less than 500 m from the residence is the port of Puerto Banús, where celebrities moor their yachts.
The apartment is on the first floor and has high quality furnishings. The apartment has a very spacious living room, a separate dining room and a comfortable reading area. The kitchen is very well equipped. The two pleasant rooms are both equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe. One of the two bedrooms has an adjoining bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with bathtub is at your disposal in the apartment. The sofa in the living room and the dining room offer additional sleeping facilities.
Puerto Banús is located west of the city centre of Marbella. The city is known for its luxury and glamour as well as for its many amenities, ideal for holidaymakers. In the famous port of Puerto Banús, there are many designer shops and starred restaurants to discover. A cinema distributes films in their original version. Beach bars, sea excursions, discos and parties on the beach; at any time of the day or night, you won't be bored! From "PLayas del Duque", you can walk to the large casino, the shopping centre "El Corte Inglés", as well as the shopping centre "Centro Plaza" which is located near an old arena. On Sunday evening, a flea market where you can hunt for furniture and antiques takes place in the arena. The region has many golf courses, something to delight all golf lovers. We also recommend full-day excursions to the mountains of the Sierra de Ronda.
