This beautiful house is divided into two apartments, connected by an external staircase. You will enjoy a superb view of the sea, Calpe and the Penon de Ifach, from both floors, as well as from the pool on the top floor of the house, all of which was renovated in 2016, both inside and out. The garden offers plenty of shade, and the barbecue area near the pool invites to barbecue evenings. Who doesn't want to cook will find very good restaurants in Maryvilla, easily accessible by foot. The accommodation is not suitable for disabled people.
