Very welcoming apartments (IKA426 and 427) in a large house with panoramic views and direct access to the sea, in one of the most beautiful places on the coast between Amalfi and Minori. At any time it is possible to find parasols, deckchairs and boats for rent on the coast. Very quiet location and unobstructed view guaranteed. For common use by both apartments: approximately 200 m² of land consisting of a garden and terraces, dotted with typical Mediterranean plants, offering a beautiful panorama. The house is spread over 4 floors, and each apartment is arranged on 2 levels. A staircase will lead you to the villa, and from the entrance of the property there are about 100 steps to apartment IKA426 and 80 to apartment IKA427. From the two dwellings, about 50 other steps lead to the sea. For common use: 2 spaces by the sea perfect for you to go sunbathing (with sun loungers and parasols that must be stored in the evening in the room provided for this purpose). From the first platform, a ladder goes down directly into the water, and on the second (located a little higher and without direct access to the sea) you can fully enjoy the sunset. A common washing machine is at your disposal in a room accessible from the garden. The decoration is neat, with antique furniture. Paid parking at 500 m or possibility of parking directly on site (after having made the request at the time of booking, payment directly on site). The kitchen overlooks the covered part of the garden, ideally equipped for outdoor dining. Small WC without window. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds, each with a bathroom with shower. Geographical situation: Minori at 500 m and its various shops, Amalfi at 2.5 km, Vietri at 17 km, Positano at 20 km, Sorrent at 32 km and Neapel at 60 km. In case of arrival after 8pm, a supplement will be requested, and it is not possible to arrive after midnight.
