This vacation home with swimming pool is 4 km from Monte Castello di Vibio, a small village in the province of Perugia. You'll be staying in a typical Umbrian farmhouse set on a hill between Perugia and Todi. The house is divided over two levels: on the second floor there are three comfortable apartments, each with its own kitchen, while on the first floor there's a large living room and a large semi-professional kitchen where you can cook and eat together. This vacation home is therefore the perfect solution for large groups of families or friends who want to spend their vacations together without having to give up their own privacy. Access to the property is via an unpaved road (in good condition) about 800 meters long. The house and pool are on the estate of the owners, who will be happy to advise you on where to taste the best olive oil and wine in the region. Mountain bike enthusiasts can explore the estate's trails. The small town of Fratta Todina, with its shops and supermarkets, is just 4 km away. Thanks to its geographical position, your vacation home is an excellent starting point for excursions to Umbria's most beautiful places, such as the magnificent towns of Todi (20 km) with its charming Piazza del Popolo and ancient buildings, Assisi (40 km) with its splendid papal basilica of St. Francis. The medieval town of Deruta (famous for its ceramics) is 17 km away. Lake Trasimeno, with its manicured beaches and small islands, and Perugia, the charming capital of Umbria, with its historic center and magnificent architectural works, are both around 50 km away and just waiting for your visit. The charming region of Umbria will surprise you with its beauty and scenery, its high quality of life and its excellent gastronomic tradition.
