This holiday home is ideal for those who want to enjoy the calm of the forest! This old farm near Talla (8 km) is located in a small housing estate on the site of an old mill. The interior is simple but tastefully furnished. Both floors have a separate external entrance. In front of the house is a cute little garden with seats and a barbecue. From the house, a narrow path leads you to a river (100m) with natural pools, in which you can swim, and deckchairs. A real pleasure for young and old alike! Also discover the magnificent Etruscan footpath and excavations near Rassina (10 km away) as well as the Casentino Natural Park with its mountains, castles and monasteries. Arezzo at 35 km, Florence at 75 km. 1.4 km of unpaved access road (not suitable for sports cars). In the small village of Talla: food shops, bar and swimming pool.
