Ancient country house recently restored, located few kilometers from the charming and famous village of Pitigliano This is the realm of the ancient and mysterious Etruscans. Panoramic view of the countryside. Peaceful position. In front of the house is a lawn adjacent to a large equipped terrace and on one side, a swimming pool (10x5; 1-1.4 m deep) (7/5-30/9) that is fenced-in for children, swing and barbecue.Covered parking. Location: 6 km Pitigliano (various shops), ancient Etruscan and Roman settlement built on a tuff hill, at the base of which there are many caves and some of these date to primitive times. 1 km from spa facilities, only 14 km from Sovana, 28 km the mythical spas at Saturnia, 35 km Lake Bolsena, 45 km the sea (Argentario).
