This romantic vacation home near Bagni di Lucca (7 km) is an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions in the Garfagnana region, where, in addition to adventure parks, trekking routes and numerous fortresses, you should also visit the Grotta del Vento cave (10 km). The house is perched on the mountain. The view is soothing, and a serene atmosphere pervades. The house is period. It has 4 bedrooms, not 5. A passageway with a curtain door has been fitted with two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms, not 3. A toilet has been fitted with a shower head. The space is totally cramped for showering. The 2 showers in the 2 bathrooms are fitted with period curtains. The refrigerator is not adapted to the accommodation, but is suitable for a studio (kitchenette refrigerator). The kitchen is 1.5m2. Crockery (wine, beer and champagne glasses) is non-existent. Electricity costs €1 per kw. In Italy, the kw is €0.36. Fuel consumption is also surcharged at 3€ per liter. On questioning the owners, they mention "surtaxes", participation in pool cleaning, consumption of the gas stove, and also part of the taxation of online booking sites.
