Nice holiday house with annex, divided into two apartments, located in the typical Chianti region, only 10 km from Siena. The property is located in the middle of vineyards and olive groves, and offers a very nice view over the entire landscape. Well maintained land all around the house and fenced garden with swimming pool. Thanks to the privileged location of this holiday rental, you can easily discover the most emblematic villages of Chianti and Tuscany, such as the art cities of Siena, Florence and San Gimigniano, but also the equally impressive municipality of Castellina in Chianti. Access to the rental is by a 700m long rocky road, not suitable for low or sports cars. Medieval castle of Monteriggioni with its ramparts at 7 km, and Siena at 10 km. The historic old town of Siena has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. Some tourist attractions not to be missed: the Palazzo Publico (town hall), an imposing old building in Piazza del Campo, where horse races are organised twice a year, the Palio in Florence (50 km). Possibility to rent only the country house (ITS961), in this case the annex will remain closed and will not be accessible to you.
