This three-storey vacation home on the slopes of Mont-Saint-Clair is comfortably furnished. You have a beautiful sea view from the terraces. Enjoy doing nothing in the pavilion during the midday heat or refresh yourself in the pool, which can be used all year round. Sète, which lies between the Mediterranean and the Etang de Thau, is also known as the Venice of the Languedoc thanks to its incomparable light, the splendor of its colors and the omnipresence of water. Stroll along the canals and see for yourself. The path to the property is only 2.6 m wide over a distance of 150 m.
