This superb holiday rental is a beautiful country house with large enclosed grounds and private swimming pool, in the heart of the Provençal Drôme. It is close to the superb village of Marsanne, where you can go back to the 17th century with delight, with its medieval part lovingly restored after its gradual abandonment at the beginning of the last century, and the Vallon de Fresneau which offers its shades to a spring to which tradition attributes miraculous virtues. (Every year there is a pilgrimage on September 8). A neat decoration, spacious living rooms, elegant furniture, everything in this holiday home exudes comfort. Discover the various sights of the surrounding area. You will be captivated by the wonderful landscapes and the surrounding typical perched villages. Must-see attractions include the Crest Chocolate Museum (23 km), the Lussas Animal Park (27 km), the Upie Zoo (27 km), a visit to a goat cheese farm in Suze (30 km), or the Isla Cool Douce leisure park in Chauzon (38 km). A cradle of festivities and conviviality, you can attend one of the many traditional festivals that animate this corner of paradise all year round. Not to mention the gastronomy of course, with the famous black truffle of Tricastin, cheeses and olive oils, highly prized local products and finally enjoy a detour to Montélimar, to enjoy its famous nougat. Table tennis table, table football and boules field on site. The owner lives next door without vis-à-vis. A large invisible road passes 150 m at the end of the land protected by tall trees. At the back, there is a pen with geese and a small shaded pond.
