Ideal rental for solo sailors! This spacious and tastefully appointed villa is the private summer residence of a Florentine family. On the ground floor: two large and comfortable living rooms with open fire place and access to the garden; a rustic and well-equipped kitchen with open fire place. The bedrooms (with the exception of one) are on the first floor; they are decorated with colourful fabrics and their windows offer a nice view of the idyllic landscape. The bathrooms are simple but functional. The house is situated in the Tiber valley. From the garden you have a nice view of the mountains. You can sunbathe in the salt water swimming pool. Go on foot or by mountain bike to discover the forests. Visit the Franciscan cloisters and hermitages and don't forget to taste the local specialities (mushrooms). If you feel the need to get away from it all, the Adriatic coast is only 1 hour away! Visit the village Caprese Michelangelo, birthplace of Michelangelo and the beautiful towns of Sansepolcro (20 km) and Anghiari (22 km). Unpaved access road; unsuitable for sports cars. In Pieve Santo Stefano (approx. 5 km) you will find many shops, restaurants, bars and a colourful weekly market.
