Beautiful holiday apartment in an old house overlooking the sea. It is located in the centre of the fishing village Tellaro, one of the most beautiful Italian villages, and offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of La Spezia. The house is located in a classic "Caruggio", an ancient road once built to protect against pirate attacks. The rental is located on the second floor (without lift) and includes a living room opening onto a balcony, a bathroom, a bedroom, a small kitchen without windows, a living room with sofa bed which is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. This picturesque village is located in the regional park of Monte Marcello Magra, famous for its lush Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves. The place is ideal to discover the Cinque Terre region (Manarola 30 km), Portovenere and the magnificent beaches of Fiascherino and Lerici (3 km). The apartment is about 300m from the parking spaces. Renting is not accessible by car or motorcycle, as the part of the village near the sea is closed to traffic.
