This vacation apartment is located on the estate called Valguerriera about 4 km from Piobbico in a valley in the Apennines, an ideal destination for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation in unspoiled nature. The property consists of the manor house and three country houses, the spacious communal outdoor areas and the beautiful communal swimming pool (17x10m) with underwater massage. A total of 11 attractively furnished vacation apartments have been created in the country houses. The apartment has an independent entrance in its own small outdoor area with table, chairs and umbrella where you can relax and have your meals outside. Barbecue and washing machine for communal use. The property is located in Le Marche, on the border with the regions of Tuscany and Umbria, near Piobbico (province of Pesaro and Urbino), in a quiet valley called Candigliano, one of the most beautiful and original valleys in the hinterland of Pesaro, which has a mild climate and from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Apennines. In the surrounding area you will find art and Renaissance cities such as Urbino, UNESCO World Heritage Site, charming medieval villages such as Piobbico, Apecchio, Sant?Angelo in Vado and Acqualagna, famous for their truffles, or Urbania, Cagli, San Marino, Gradara and San Leo. The location of the property is also convenient for slightly further day trips to Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Città di Castello, Arezzo, San Sepolcro, Loreto, Florence and Siena, all places of great artistic and historical interest, or to San Marino, the castle of Gradara, the caves of Frasassi or the Furlo Pass. DISTANCES: 4 km Piobbico (grocery and other shops, bank, pharmacy, doctor), 30 km Urbino, 55 km Fano and the beaches of the Adriatic coast, which can be reached in about an hour by car. 6 km a wellness center and 10 km away a riding school. Possibility of guided excursions. The 11 apartments and the independent cottage, which is composed of 3 of the total 11 apartments, have the following reference numbers: IMM127/422/423/424; IMM128/129/130/131; IMM421/412/419/420. As a welcome gift, guests receive a bottle of wine and a wine tasting (once a week) in a wine cellar with wines and typical products.
