This beautiful holiday residence is located on the top of a hill, facing the charming little Etruscan village of Capranica. It consists of a mansion, a house with two newly built semi-detached houses and two completely renovated old farms. Peaceful environment. The property is located in the middle of a vast plot of land dotted with hazelnuts and olive trees. Common swimming pool (open from 06/05 to 30/09 from 9am to 7pm) with nice panoramic view. All apartments have an outdoor area equipped with garden furniture to enjoy your meals outdoors. Apartments IRU431 and IRU438 have a verandah. The region, ideal for beautiful walks, is located between Lake Vico in the north (10 km) and Lake Bracciano in the south (20 km) is particularly interesting for all lovers of Etruscan culture and ancient Rome. Within a radius of less than 100 kilometres are Etruscan necropolises, tombs, Roman amphitheatres and remarkable Etruscan sites such as Civita Castellana, Tuscania and Viterbo. The region is famous for its cheeses. One of the best golf courses in Italy is 8 km away, the beautiful Lake Bracciano is 30 km away and Rome is 55 km away (easily accessible by train from Sutri).
