This pleasant holiday home is located in the north of Lazio, in the heart of a hilly landscape. The house, which was once a farmhouse, offers a lot of space and has an equipped loggia that is ideal for relaxing or eating outdoors while admiring the valleys and the two medieval villages of Salisano (2 km) and Poggio Mirteto (9 km). Large land of 8,000 m² entirely fenced and planted with olive trees and fruit trees. Next to the pavilion is a barbecue, a swimming pool and a playground. Parking spaces on the site. A gardener comes every other day to take care of the flowers and the pool. The region is renowned for its production of PDO olive oil. Beginning of 2 hiking trails leading to the natural park of the Sabins Mountains of the Central Apennines a few meters from the rental. The Tevere-Farfa nature reserve 17 km away offers many activities: hiking, mountain biking, guided tours and boat trips. From Poggio Mirteto, you can easily reach the "Eternal City" of Rome by train (travel time: 40 minutes). Distances: 2 km from Salisano (food shops), 3 km from the Benedictine Abbey of Farfa, 8 km from Poggio Mirteto Scalo (station) and 25 km from Rieti and Vallesanta.
