Beautiful countryside home that dates back to the end of the 19th century, situated the side of a gentle hill that slopes down to the sea. The villa is part of a 12 ha estate with olive groves and carob trees. Beautiful view of the countryside that extends as far as the sea. Peaceful position, even if a secondary road is passing nearby. A large equipped terrace (barbecue) and swimming pool (6x14) open all year round, situated on a lower level, in front of the sea, with a spacious equipped sun terrace. On the backside there is a second large terrace with access to a well kept garden on a side of the villa. The villa consists of two apartments that can be linked together and are spread on different levels. . LOCATION: 5 km the ancient city of Ragusa, 5 km the sea (Marina di Ragusa, an important tourist seaside centre with all kinds of shops). Nearby to the important cities of art, such as, Noto, Pachino, the necropolises of Camarina, Nola and the city of Syracuse, one of the obligatory destinations of those who visit Sicily. Upon payment and request a cleaning help and a cook can be available.
